Ordering a wedding dress online is a risk.  Please don't order a dress if you are expecting to get married this week or next week. 

It takes time for the order to be fulfilled, processed, and shipped.  Sometimes there are delays at airports and ports due to natural events or human activities, so ordering in the same month you plan to get married is not advisable. 

Order with plenty of time, more than a month if you can, so if there is an issue with the shipping or the dress itself, you still have time to return the dress and order a new one if needed. Your wedding day should be happy, and a delayed dress shouldn't be on the agenda.

Shipping times are estimated only:

• **Processing Time**: For items not in our stock, it usually takes 3-5 days for the supplier to send them to the warehouse. About 80% of orders are dispatched within 1-3 days, while some may take longer.
• **Buffer for Important Events**: Since wedding dates are fixed, we always recommend ordering at least **4-5 weeks or more in advance** to account for potential delays like customs clearance or peak seasons.
• **If an Order is Late**: Most orders arrive within the estimated window. However, if an order significantly exceeds the promised timeframe, you can open a dispute for a solution based on our policy.
• Before you order a wedding dress, We recommend contacting info@auraregalia first to check availability before placing an order. We will reach out to confirm availability before you place the order.
• Currently, we only serve the USA and Canada

• Sizing Architecture: Gowns are structured using contemporary tailored patterns which run 1 to 2 sizes smaller than standard US/European retail sizing. For the most comfortable, elegant drape, we strongly recommend selecting 1 or 2 sizes larger than your usual fit.

• Measurements: Please allow for minor 2–3cm variances due to professional hand-measurement techniques.
