AURA REGALIA LLC — RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Article I: Intellectual Property & Ownership All proprietary designs, "Muse" imagery, and the trade name "Aura Regalia" are the exclusive intellectual property of Aura Regalia LLC and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Article II: Governing Law Any legal disputes or claims arising from the operations of Aura Regalia LLC or its digital storefronts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey.

Article III: Operational Policies (A) Aura Regalia operates on a made-to-order production model. All sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are strictly limited to instances of manufacturing defects or verified shipping damage, reported within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence to info@auraregalia.com.

(B) Standard production timelines are estimated at 5–7 business days, exclusive of shipping transit times.

(C) For international transactions, the customer is solely responsible for all applicable import duties, VAT, or local taxes.

(D) Non-customized items fulfilled through third-party suppliers may be eligible for return on a case-by-case basis at Aura Regalia's sole discretion.

Article IV: Data Privacy & Third-Party Disclosure Aura Regalia respects customer data rights, including the right to access or request deletion of personal information. Data is shared with third-party service providers — including Shopify, Printify, JetPrint, EPROLO, and Contrado — solely for the purposes of order processing and fulfillment.

Article V: EU Consumer Rights (Right of Withdrawal) If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

Exception for Custom-Made Goods: As Aura Regalia operates exclusively on a made-to-order production model, all products are manufactured specifically upon receipt of your order. Pursuant to Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that your purchase falls within this exemption.

Defects & Damage: EU consumers retain full statutory rights regarding defective or damaged goods. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, please contact us at info@auraregalia.com within 14 days of receipt with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Import Duties: Customers in the EU are responsible for any applicable VAT, customs duties, or import taxes imposed by their country upon delivery.
